Rice Salad

Ingredients:

0.5 kg. rice
Chicken fillet
4 onions
2 pieces of carrots
Some butter
2-3 pieces of boiled eggs
Salt, pepper, savory
Mayonnaise
Cheese (optional)

Spaghetti

Ingredients:


250 g spaghetti
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon melted butter
3 cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Red pepper
Parmesan cheese (optional)
 

Directions:

In a large pot of boiling water cook spaghetti and drain well.
Heat the pan, add oil, butter and fry the finely diced garlic.
Add the mixture to spaghetti, add salt, pepper, red pepper and stir well.

Enjoy your meal!

Green Peas Pâté

Ingredients:

300 g canned peas
1 bunch of coriander
2 tablespoon olive oil
Green onion fringes
Salt
Pepper
Toasted bread

 

 

Directions:

Drain the peas and rinse it in a cold water.
Add olive oil, pepper, salt, coriander, onion and blend well.
Spread the mixture on a toasted bread.
Use any type of herb on top of Pâté.

Baked Spaghetti with Sausage

Ingredients:

340 g spaghetti 
400 g sausage
60 g pepperoni 
700 g tomato sauce 
300 g grated cheese 

 

 

 

Directions:

Boil spaghetti.
In a large, deep frying pan cook the sausage until browned.
Cook pepperoni in the same frying pan.
Drain the boiled spaghetti and place it into a prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle with sausage.
Pour the tomato sauce.
Add the other half of pepperoni and sprinkle with cheese. 
Add the remaining pepperoni on the top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees.

Vanilla Ice - Cream

Ingredients:

3/4 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 cup milk
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt
 

 

 

Directions:

Combine milk and a cream in a bowl. Evenly transfer the mixture into two separate bowls.
Gradually add sugar and peanut butter to the first bowl and blend well. 
Add vanilla extract and pintch of salt to the second bowl and mix thoroughly. 
Place both mixtures in refrigerator for couple of minutes, blend the mixtures and refigerate.
Add nuts to the final product.

Italian Cake Panforte

Ingredients:

300 g nuts, almonds and walnuts
300 g dried figs
150 g sugar
80 g flour
300 g Honey
1 orange cedrat
1 lemon cedrat
2 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon carnation
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Powdered sugar

Ingredients:

1 cup milk
3 teaspoon instant coffee
1 cup Water
Sugar and cinnamon (to taste)

 

 

 

 

Directions:

Make a fresh ground coffee.
Heat the milk to a boil, add sugar and blend until the foam rises.
Fill 2/3 of the cup with coffee, pour the foamed milk directly into the cup.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
