0.5 kg. rice
2 pieces of carrots
2-3 pieces of boiled eggs
Salt, pepper, savory
Boil the rice.
Boil and cut finely the chicken fillet.
Fry the onions.
Place the cut chicken fillet in the frying pan, cut carrots and fry everything together.
In a fireprooof vessel place little bit of butter. Sprinkle the rice, then the stewed chicken together with onions and carrots, after that sprinkle with the chopped boiled eggs. Add salt, pepper and little bit of savory.
Repeat the above mentioned step layer-by-layer until the ingredients are enough. Pour mayonnaise on top of the last layer and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in the oven until the surface is roasted.
