400 g green peas
2 tablespoon oil
1 clove garlic
Pour water into the can and steep it for a while.
Change the water and boil the peas over a medium-high heat.
Remove from heat, strain, and transfer the peas to the blender.
Add oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper (to taste).
Blend thoroughly until the ingredients are combined well.
If you want the mixture to be thin, add more water and blend the mixture again.
Recommended to eat with roasted fish, beef or pork meat.
